Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any additional charges such as local taxes, duties, or courier-related fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim. We may assist you by providing necessary shipment details.

Returns & Shipping

If you are returning a product under our Returns & Refunds Policy, you are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
